Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support the academic and social development of students with a range of disabilities. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our special education teachers to provide one-on-one or small group support, implement behavior plans, assist with classroom activities, and help students with their personal care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with disabilities
Help students with their personal care needs, such as toileting, feeding, and dressing
Implement behavior plans to promote positive student behavior
Assist with classroom activities, such as lesson planning and implementation

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Knowledge of basic computer programs and software
Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple tasks
