Night Manager

The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our Front Desk team.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

• Manage and supervise Night Hosts, including contractors, to ensure Company standards are met in terms of quality guest service and profitability.
• Ensure that all Night Hosts meet Company image standards at all times and are aware of the contents of the Host Handbook.
• Establish effective communication within the Night team and with other departments in the hotel.
• Hold Night team meetings on a monthly basis.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent level of spoken and written English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
