Job Title: Youth Development Programmes Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager for Young People to join our team at NFP People in Marlow. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering centre-based and outreach activities that promote the wellbeing and development of young people aged 11-18.

The estimated salary for this part-time position is £28,000 per annum, working 17 hours per week, fixed term for two years. As a Programme Manager for Young People, you will be responsible for leading and developing innovative programmes that improve young people's mental health and wellbeing.

About the Role:
