Paramedic Functional Assessor

Aspect Healthcare is seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Paramedic Functional Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing individuals with physical and/or mental health conditions to determine their eligibility for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit scheme.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments with individuals to gather information about their health conditions and how they impact their daily life.
- Interpret medical evidence and gather findings into a comprehensive report to support the decision-making process by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
- Work autonomously and use your clinical expertise to make informed decisions.
- NMC or HCPC registration is required.
- At least 1 year's broad post-registration experience in the UK is essential.
- Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and have strong IT competency.
- Competitive salary of £37,800 per annum.

- 25 days' annual leave, with option to buy and sell up to 5 days.
