Job Overview:

VF Corporation is a leading global lifestyle apparel company, and we're looking for an exceptional individual to join our Master Data Operations Team in Calverton, Nottingham. As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring data completeness and correctness within our systems and databases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work accurately with IT systems. Previous experience in data entry or master data is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Receive new customer data and ensure a smooth transition to opening new customer profiles in internal systems.
  2. Process data for existing customers to extend trading with other brands or add new premises, ensuring accurate updates to customer profiles.
  3. Action data amendment requests from internal teams, performing thorough checks to guarantee data completeness.
  4. Manage large-scale data submissions for multiple existing customers, verifying accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:
• Excellent data entry and IT systems knowledge (experience in SAP & Microsoft Excel preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
• Familiarity with VF Corporation's operations and systems an advantage

What We Offer:
  1. A competitive salary of £23,600 per year, depending on experience
  2. A 36-hour week, Monday to Friday, with 3 days spent working on-site in Calverton, Nottingham
