Oxfam GB is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to manage and develop a team and to partner with business stakeholders to Senior Project Manager to work alongside the Project Business Lead to direct, co-ordinate and control an ambitious Digital Transformation Portfolio of work.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a senior business analyst on a significant ERP implementation
  • Experience of managing others
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders in a complex global environment
  • Inspiring others and embedding culture change and transformation
