Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Procurement Manager to join our expanding Procurement team at HCRG Care Group. We're looking for a skilled professional to help migrate and manage IT spend across our existing and new business as part of our recent growth in service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess systems and licenses from exiting providers, evaluate contracts, and understand stakeholder needs.
  • Coordinate with IT and project teams to safely transfer required licenses and legacy hardware/software.
  • Expand existing contracts and supply chains, supporting a 60-70% workforce increase.
  • Review SaaS contracts, ensuring legal and stakeholder approvals.
  • Collaborate with IG and IS teams on data security and cybersecurity.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support supplier management.
Key Requirements

We're seeking a commercially driven individual with strong contract management skills and experience in software and licensing delivery. High-level contract management skills, including experience with SaaS agreements, cybersecurity standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, multiple contract types, terminations, and novations are essential.

About the Role

This hybrid position allows for 90% remote work, with occasional travel to our head office or service areas. You'll report directly to the Head of Procurement, with a dotted line to the Head of IT Operations.
