We're seeking a talented Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team at BMS Performance, a leading supplier of façade and timber products to the construction industry.
As a Sales Trainee, you'll play a key role in representing our full range of brick and masonry products to architects, building contractors, property developers, and house builders. You'll have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and knowledge, working closely with our experienced sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and send quotes and sales information to customers as requested
- Arrange samples for projects and maintain stocks and showroom facility
- Provide administration support to the external sales team
- Meet company expectations in relation to target income, company procedures, and KPIs
