Community Occupational Therapist Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Occupational Therapist, working closely with our dedicated OT staff to provide high-quality care to our clients.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Practice Manager OT and holding a small complex case load, assisting newly qualified OTs in their development and practice. They will also be required to provide a client-centred approach to care, demonstrating sound clinical knowledge in evidence-based assessment and management of various conditions.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, contributing to the development of our occupational therapy service. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, enabling you to grow and develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Qualifications:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Good communication skills and the ability to learn, work, and develop to become autonomous within the occupational therapy service
  • Sound clinical knowledge in evidence-based assessment and management of various conditions
  • Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive client documentation
