Are you a merchandising enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? We're seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8, based in the Hammersmith area.

This role involves working with high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands, ensuring that products and promotions are displayed attractively and effectively. You'll be responsible for setting up fixtures, arranging products on shelves, and implementing planograms to maintain consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks. You'll also need to be comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Compliance and Standards: You'll ensure that merchandising standards and guidelines are followed, and that planograms are implemented to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You'll build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
