Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Workshop Supervisor to join our team at Solus Accident Repair Centres. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for leading a collaborative team environment that focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and quality repairs.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the workshop team in producing high-quality repairs with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve a "right first time" culture and attitude
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience working within the motor repair industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
