About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our growing civils team, working on a variety of infrastructure projects. As part of our team, you will be involved in the design and development of highways and infrastructure projects, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage infrastructure projects using the latest software and tools.
  • Liaise with clients and team members to discuss design and technical solutions.
  • Ensure projects are appropriately resourced and delegated to team members, with a focus on delivering results on time.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Working towards professional qualifications, such as CEng or IEng.
  • Demonstrable record of involvement in the design of highways and infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of design tools within a BIM environment.
  • Knowledge of industry design standards, including DMRB, Manual for Streets, and NJUG.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer solutions to challenges.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Confident, articulate, and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills and career with training support.
  • Good time management and organisational skills to efficiently manage workload.
  • A good knowledge of CDM regulations and British standards.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK to visit sites and other offices.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK and ability to demonstrate proof when requested.
