Pinhoe View, a 36-bed Acute Inpatient Hospital in Exeter, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to fill the position of Senior Occupational Therapist. The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Occupational Therapist and members of the Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) to provide patient-centered care and implement daily meaningful activities that support recovery.

Key responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and implementing interventions, evaluating progress, running weekly occupational therapy groups, and supporting the team in facilitating activities such as trips to the local stables, arts and crafts groups, personal care, and community outings. As a leader in the field, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills through numerous career development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
