Talent Development Specialist Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our HR team at Ad Warrior Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by driving employee development and growth.

Location: Hybrid with frequent travel to East Yorkshire, Kent, and London

Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum, + £5,720 car allowance

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive talent development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. You will also collaborate with our leadership team to identify and address talent gaps and implement effective succession planning strategies.

The Role:

  • Design and deliver talent development programs.
  • Identify and address talent gaps.
  • Implement effective succession planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to review and develop new approaches to HR service offerings.
  • Coach and mentor managers in talent development and succession planning.
  • Support the Group Chief People Officer on strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent development and management.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Demonstrable experience in identifying and addressing talent gaps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders to drive engagement.
  • Frequent travel required.
