About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Residential Children's Services Deputy Manager. In this vital position, you will oversee the provision of care and support to young people, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential care management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £35,213.36 per annum (including sleep-in shifts)

Working Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with occasional sleep-in shifts)
