We're seeking a skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at London Sidcup Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of housekeeping, including laundry, linen, and amenities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Identify and address any housekeeping-related issues or concerns.
