As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care to the residents at the Nursing Home, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures
• Developing and implementing individualised care plans
• Monitoring and assessing residents' health status and progress
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Providing support and guidance to care assistants and other team members
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and private healthcare professionals

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
• Proven experience in a Nursing Home/Care Home or similar healthcare setting
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
• A clear DBS check
