Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Letting Strategies

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure lettings in challenging areas. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing effective solutions to overcome obstacles.

Pricing and Data Management

You will also be responsible for inputting into pricing decisions and ensuring that comparative data is consistently updated. This will involve working closely with our pricing team to ensure that our properties are priced competitively in the market.

Overcoming Obstacles

As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and overcoming obstacles to lettings. This will involve developing effective solutions to complex problems and working closely with our sales team to ensure that our properties are marketed effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the residential lettings market and a proven track record of success in securing lettings. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team. You will need to have a minimum of 4 years' experience in residential lettings and hold an ARLA qualification. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the student accommodation market and a proven track record of success in securing lettings.
