Job Overview

Next Generation Ltd is a well-established business in Bromsgrove, and we are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and working alongside the Commercial Director.

The Sales Manager will work on Monday, Thursday from 8:30am to 5pm, Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales team performance
  • Develop business strategies to drive growth
  • Build relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of success in sales growth

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (basic) + Monthly Bonus. Estimated annual salary: £40,800 - £48,000 (inclusive of bonus). Location: Bromsgrove.
