Type: Permanent – Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

This role involves effectively managing relationships with employers, leading on the growth and maintenance of an employer database, raising the profile of apprenticeships through innovative marketing, identifying employer training needs, and developing tailored training solutions and processes that align with the business requirements of both the employer and the College.

You will have experience of managing senior level Business to Business (B2B) relationships, developing and maintaining key account management systems and processes.
