As a Digital Capital Delivery Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients deliver scalable energy infrastructure to support the UK's transition to a low-carbon, sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workstream teams to drive business improvement and transformation
  • Own and deliver workstreams within transformation programmes, ensuring successful project outcomes
  • Manage client stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop client strategy, delivery roadmaps, and investment cases to drive business growth
  • Define future business and organisation models, integrating people, technology, and information impacts
  • Develop project scope and objectives, facilitate workshops to define and prioritise requirements, and agree outcomes and programme risks
  • Create and support the development of workstream or project delivery plans
Requirements
  • Proven track record in capital projects and/or asset-intensive industry, including project management, design, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or asset management processes and applications
  • Strong understanding of project controls, design management, configuration control, and earned value management
  • Experience with industry standards, such as BIM, and policies to develop best-of-breed solutions
  • Experience working with digital engineering technology platforms, such as Dassault 3DX, Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP ERP, or Autodesk
  • Experience in a consultancy or deploying internal improvement initiatives within an organisation
  • Ability to develop digital strategies that encompass organisation, information management, and system design, and deploy practical, scalable business solutions
  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed organisation, enlist support and commitment from peers, and sell and deliver consulting solutions
