We are seeking a caring and experienced Care Assistant to support a 6-year-old boy with autism and communication difficulties.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the child in a home environment to build a relationship and engage in activities such as playing, drawing, and singing nursery rhymes.
- Assist the child in the garden and take him to the park, soft play area, and other community locations.
- Supervise the child at all times and ensure his safety.
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- Punctuality, honesty, and a fun-loving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2 hours per week, usually on weekends, with flexibility to work during school holidays.
Rate of Pay:£12.40 per hour.
Location:Based initially at home and moving forward in the community.
