**Job Summary**
We are seeking a part-time Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Green Meadows Surgery in Ascot. This role involves providing high-quality reception and administrative services to patients, doctors, and staff.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong IT and administration abilities, and the confidence to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct patients and visitors, projecting a positive and friendly image.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Undertake various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the practice.

Green Meadows Surgery is a busy training practice serving a patient population of 9,300. We operate from purpose-built premises and use the EMIS Web clinical system. We strive to provide respectful treatment to patients and staff, with teamwork and communication being key.
