We are a well-established and growing company that is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager at CV Library, you will be responsible for delivering fast track construction fit-out projects across the retail, leisure, and hospitality industries. The contract values for these projects will range from £300k to £2m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage up to 3 projects simultaneously.
  • Obtain final Building Control certificate sign-off.
  • Supervise snagging in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager from a shopfitting or fit-out background.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations.
  • Effective planning and programming experience.
  • Financial and commercial awareness.
  • A valid driver's license.
