As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and implementing business strategies to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Direct Teams: You will lead and direct our production and hygiene teams to deliver agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across Safety, Environment, Quality, Service, Cost, and People.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: You will liaise and communicate with key site leads and business partners to ensure plans are aligned across all functions.
  • Implement Business Strategies: You will drive and implement business and customer requirements to ensure that brand integrity is maintained, developed, and core to day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and Execute Plans: You will develop and execute plans that are aligned with the Operations strategy and business plans, ensuring resources are deployed and priorities are aligned with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: You will have experience in a fast-paced organization, with a proven track record of leading and directing teams to deliver business results.
  • Change Management: You will have experience of change and transformation programs, with a strong understanding of how to implement business strategies to drive growth.
