This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to join our team as an operational lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients in our community and primary care settings.

Job Summary:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients in community and primary care settings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce avoidable hospital admissions.
  • Work closely with other healthcare organizations and stakeholders to ensure seamless care pathways for patients.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality care.
Person Specification

Knowledge:

  • High-level knowledge underpinning roles and responsibilities of professional groups within an integrated team.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to make decisions autonomously, but liaise closely with other care providers within the sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • A comprehensive NHS pension scheme.
  • Enhanced pay when working unsociable hours.
  • A generous holiday entitlement, including 27 days' leave plus bank holidays, increasing up to 33 days with long service.
