Job Description: This role involves researching and listing donated products on Sue Ryder's eBay channel to generate funds for the charity. Your tasks will include:
  • Researching and valuing items for sale
  • Photographing items to showcase their condition and quality
  • Preparing items for dispatch, including packaging and labeling
  • Sorting, labeling, and pricing stock to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Writing detailed and engaging item descriptions to attract buyers
  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Performing light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Estimated Salary: £12,000 - £15,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent with IT systems, particularly eBay and Microsoft Office
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to lift and move stock as needed
