This role is within a young data-centric company who were founded 2 years ago by strong leaders in the Data Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reporting directly to one of the founders
* Writing your own bespoke tech training program (Python, SQL, Cloud, etc)
* Delivering training to a group of graduates and mentoring them through their work and development
* Owning the entire training program
* Liaising with external clients and deploying the right graduates onto client projects once they are trained

Requirements:

* Substantial experience lecturing/teaching in a technical field
* Experience mentoring/training/coaching people
* Strong communication Skills
* Client-facing/stakeholder experience
