HGV Mechanic Job in Leicester

We are seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic to join our team in Leicester. As a Commercial Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV) and waste management handling equipment.

With a competitive salary range of £53,500 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity to elevate your HGV Mechanic career in the automotive industry.

About the Role
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and carry out inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed for quality assurance purposes.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified HGV Mechanic with a Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Technician level expertise in HGV maintenance and repair.
  • A minimum of a car/van driving licence and an HGV licence is desirable.
  • IRTEC Qualification is also highly desirable.
