Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become a commercial lead and site no.1 for our London based fit-out contractor projects. The successful candidate will be fully commercially responsible for projects and have experience working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process to delivery. This role is ideal for seniors or high-level quantity surveyors looking for a challenge as there are several spots available for site no.2's as well. Our projects are located in the London area, mainly in central, within zones 1 and 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully commercially responsible for projects as a No.1 lead.
- Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
- Managing Packages.
- Managing Sub-Contractors.
- Site Meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years with a reputable, London based fit-out contractor.
- Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
