We are currently recruiting for a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at Daish's Holidays. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen area.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £69 after a 3-month probation period. In addition, you will receive £50 upon completion of basic training and have the opportunity to earn £100 by referring a friend to work with us.
Our kitchen team works flexibly to ensure that all shifts finish no later than 8:30 pm. Breakfast shifts start from 7 am and conclude by 11 am at the latest. We strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance for our employees and offer a supportive mental wellbeing and financial assistance package.
Some of your key responsibilities as a Kitchen Porter will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities.
- Assisting with food preparation and serving tasks.
- Providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues in maintaining a safe working environment.
