About the Role
The Event Medical Specialist will play a critical role in delivering high-standard medical care at the Everton Football Club. This position involves collaborating with our team to ensure the safe and efficient treatment of event attendees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administering treatment to patients in accordance with established guidelines and referring cases to higher-level medical personnel when necessary.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, colleagues, and emergency responders as required.
- Maintaining a professional image and representing Spark Medical positively.
- Ensuring personal fitness, appearance, and adherence to Spark Medical's uniform policy.
- Reviewing and adhering to relevant Spark Medical policies and procedures.
- Inspecting equipment to ensure it meets the required standards and is properly stored.
- Promoting patient confidentiality.
- Preparing and maintaining high-quality patient records.
- Attending training sessions as recommended by Spark Medical to maintain expertise and contribute to personal growth.
Essential Qualifications:
- Age requirement: 18 years old.
- Availability to work weekend shifts.
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create clear and concise reports.
- Capability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Aptitude for collaboration and independent decision-making.
- Background in providing event medical services.
- Valid FREC 3 certification.
Estimated Annual Compensation: Approximately £26,000 - £31,000.
About this Position
This role operates on a freelance basis, focusing on event coverage only. You will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the Everton Football Club. Candidates selected for this opportunity will undergo a thorough background screening in accordance with UK laws and regulations.
