Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class repairs service to our properties in Wisbech, March, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work to a high standard, using your skills in Carpentry and Plumbing.
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and a smooth service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of our property maintenance team, sharing your expertise and knowledge to improve our services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Carpentry and Plumbing, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work a 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
