Program Director

Hawksworth UK is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead a 3-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
This is a key strategic program working closely with the Finance senior leadership team of a global financial institution.
The successful candidate will have significant program management experience, good business acumen, and financial awareness.
They will also have previous SAP S/4HANA program experience and a proven track record in delivering large financial, accounting, or ERP system changes.
The position offers a permanent base salary up to £100k, a great package, and hybrid working opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Work closely with the Finance senior leadership team
- Deliver large financial, accounting, or ERP system changes
- Establish and execute a governance framework for the program and its projects
Requirements:
- Significant program management experience
- Good business acumen and financial awareness
