At Integral UK Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks in accordance with our PPM and task schedules.
  • Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
  • Produce technical and situational reports as required.
  • Proactively use technology systems to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and clients.
  • Provide first-line out-of-hours call-out support for the site.
  • Write accurate and timely activity reports.
  • Assist the management team in producing quotations by providing accurate information.
  • Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.
  • Ensure accurate time sheet information is provided weekly.
Requirements:
  • Fabric Engineer apprenticeship or Carpentry & Joinery qualifications.
  • Proven post-apprenticeship practical experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality service to our customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as a team member.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of staff.
  • Proactive approach to achieving the highest standard of operation.
  • Good IT and report writing skills.
