We are seeking a skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Multi Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance on social housing properties.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a core trade of Plastering or Plumbing and a driving licence. Excellent communication skills and a customer focus are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting reactive repairs within customers' homes
- Dealing with emergency repairs
- Routine repairs
- Responding to prearranged repair appointments
- Using a wide range of trades on a day-to-day basis
