Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Yeovil. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with individuals with complex needs, providing strength-based assessments and person-centred support planning.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and be able to demonstrate best practices in safeguarding. Experience working in a multi-agency team is essential, as well as the ability to lead and provide supervision to junior staff members.
