Job Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator role at Consortium Professional Recruitment is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance activities.

With a focus on optimizing resource allocation and workflow, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in reviewing work orders, identifying task requirements, and preparing comprehensive workpacks.

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual who can lead meetings, influence stakeholders, and provide critical support for upcoming interventions and TARs. If you have experience in maintenance planning, ideally on a regulated industrial site, and proficiency with CMMS systems (AX Dynamics preferred), we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a six-week maintenance schedule to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
  • Review work orders and liaise with the Technical Team as required.
  • Carry out field checks when needed.
  • Identify task parts, tools, activities, and equipment necessary to complete job orders.
  • Prepare comprehensive workpacks detailing tasks, resources, durations, and costs, and update the CMMS accordingly.
  • Prepare Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) and Permit Requests.
  • Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure all maintenance and engineering work is efficiently tracked and executed.
  • Liaise with Maintenance, Stores, and Procurement to ensure materials and spares are available for scheduled tasks.
  • Plan On-Site and Off-Site maintenance disciplines to maximize efficiency and safety.

Our ideal candidate will possess a NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
