We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Ward, Day Unit and Admissions team at Tees Valley Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of open communication and respect.
- Participate in ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
