Russell Taylor Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support their high-growth operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for improving efficiency and quality.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and drive improvements.
3. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide solutions to minimize downtime.
4. Work with Product Development to ensure designs are manufacturable and support new product launches.
5. Ensure a clean, safe work environment and proper equipment usage.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Science (BSC) or Higher National Certificate (HNC) in an engineering or technical field, or an equivalent qualification.
2. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
4. Strong understanding of materials, mechanics, and production processes.
5. Experience with ERP systems.
