About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the education of students in the absence of the class teacher.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate learning and manage classroom dynamics
  • Maintain accurate registers and ensure seamless handovers to the absent teacher
  • Support the development of students' skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Natural leadership skills and confidence to guide a lesson
  • Experience of supporting young people in a sports coaching or mentoring capacity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
