About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Central Laboratory site. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the site team, aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement site-specific plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize site-based initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards, maintaining a strong safety culture.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, fostering a collaborative environment.

What you'll bring

You will be a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record of leadership and management. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, physics, or a related discipline, is required. You will also have a strong understanding of the nuclear sector and its regulatory environment.
