Overview: Clemens Food Group is seeking a motivated and talented individual for the Leadership Development Trainee role. As part of our Operations Leadership Training Program, you will gain hands-on experience through rotational learning across key areas of our business.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as an Assistant Supervisor, gaining real-world experience alongside seasoned plant supervisors and contributing to day-to-day production operations.
  • Gain rotational learning across multiple departments, including supply chain, animal science, and food science.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, ideally in Supply Chain, Animal Science, Food Science, or related fields.
  • Internship/co-op experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop insights and make data-driven decisions.
