About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, taking into account residents' needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Person Specification

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with:

  • Current NMC registration.
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, as per the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
