The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented NRSWA Coordinator to join our busy and critical Streetworks team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring we consistently meet Streetworks legislation and maintain our position as a benchmark company in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage work schedules and notifications from Scheduling teams and Highway authorities.
  • Liaise with field teams, schedulers, and Traffic Management to ensure required permits, notices, and approvals are in place prior to jobs commencing.
  • Efficiently deal with permit modifications and ensure internal and external stakeholders are aware.
  • Manage Insight updates to avoid non-compliance.
  • Proactively manage defects by validating, resolving, and challenging where possible.
  • Oversee Section 81 Management from start to finish, ensuring documentation and systems are updated to achieve compliance.
  • Ensure full understanding and buy-in regarding the role of the Streetworks Hub in achieving overall business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NRSWA experience and a strong understanding of Streetworks legislation.
  • Previous administration experience and accurate Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate knowledge of Excel and error-free data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
