Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Planner - MEH to join our team at Assystem. As a key member of our Integrated Project Controls team, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining project schedules and plans for large-scale infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of scheduling methodologies and techniques, as well as experience working with Primavera P6 and other project management software. You will be able to produce accurate, complete, and fully logic-linked construction plans, and have a good working knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction methods and techniques in a UK context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain project schedules and plans for large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Produce accurate, complete, and fully logic-linked construction plans
  • Work with key interfaces to identify and understand issues and concerns
  • Collaboratively resolve issues, implement corrective action, or escalate as required
  • Maintain project data within your area of work and identify local issues and suggest resolutions or changes

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, or other related field
  • Proven relevant experience in a Project Management or Project Controls environment in a similar Scheduling role
  • Experience in the use of scheduling software, ideally Primavera P6 version 7 and above
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with good attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
