Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a charismatic and proactive individual to join our Front of House team at Anglian Country Inns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Manage the front of house area, including reception, bar, and dining areas
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards
• Be proactive in resolving guest complaints and issues
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve the guest experience
