About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Plymouth, Devon. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Job Description:
  • Management of Subcontractors: You will be responsible for managing and coordinating subcontractors on site, ensuring that they meet the required standards and deadlines.
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: You will work closely with Babcock Design and project management teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • BIM Adoption: You will promote the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies to deliver the requirements of our BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Team Management: You will lead, manage, and mentor a team of section, site, and assistant engineers to achieve high levels of engineering control and record generation.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree, HND in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Certifications: CSCS / SMSTS.
  • Experience: Successful experience and performance at Section Engineer level.

  • Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
