Commercial Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
    • Conduct variance analysis to understand performance drivers and provide actionable insights.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to drive financial performance.
    • Provide financial advice and support to various business units, including marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive management and the board of directors.
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
  • Financial Control & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and coordinate audits.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration processes.
    • Support financial projects to drive cost optimization and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the retail industry. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
