Role Overview:

The Data Forensic Technician will play a critical role in our team's success by conducting thorough digital forensic analysis to gather and process valuable data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct digital forensic analysis to identify potential risks or irregularities.
  • Develop expertise in handling digital information across various formats.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to established procedures, national guidelines, and ACPO protocols.
  • Work closely with our technical protocols and quality management system to ensure every task is performed with precision and excellence.
  • Potentially appear in court to present findings and conclusions under cross-examination.

Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital forensics, cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in handling digital information across various formats.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
